Being a Pagan...

What does it mean "looking at the world with Pagan Eyes"? It means primarily stop considering Earth as "something where we stamp our feet" or a simple scenario made only for the exhibition of the humankind's arrogance.

Humankind needs Earth and we need to live in harmony with Her also because "it is necessary to consider the whole Universe as a living being made of an unique substance and having an unitarian soul" (M. Aurelius, Roman Emperor)

It means we must permeate the visible world with the Invisibles because they are the critical support for life. Decadence and ruins in our present times (in environmental, cultural and ethical terms) result also by the fact that our lives lack of the Invisibles' support.

Gods and Goddesses do not require Faith or superstition: they require only not to be forgotten.

Essere Pagano...

Vedere il mondo con gli occhi di un Pagano significa in primo luogo smettere di considerare la Terra come "quella cosa che pestiamo con i piedi" e un semplice palcoscenico costruito esclusivamente per l'esibizione dell'arroganza umana.

L'uomo ha bisogno della Terra e ha bisogno di vivere in armonia con Essa anche perchè "bisogna sempre considerare l'intero Universo come un organismo vivente con un'unica sostanza ed un'unica anima" (Marco Aurelio, Imperatore Romano)

Questo significa tornare a permeare il mondo visibile con gli Invisibili perchè essi sono il sostegno della vita. La decadenza e la rovina delle nostre vite (in termini ambientali, culturali, etici) dipende anche dal fatto che la vita non ha più il sostegno degli Invisibili.

Gli Dei non richiedono nè fede nè superstizioni: chiedono solo di non essere dimenticati.

Tolleranza/Tolerance

October

October represents the last month in the active year symbolizing also the beginning of a period of intense spirituality. In October Nature begins in fact her period of cyclical death.

Oct. 12 is dedicated to Fontinalia or the "Celebration of underground and invisible springs" while oct. 15 is dedicated to the complex ritual of "October Equus".

Ottobre

Ottobre rappresenta l'ultimo mese dell'anno attivo e simbolizza un periodo di intensa spiritualità. In questo periodo infatti la Natura si avvia verso una fase di morte ciclica.

Il 12 ottobre si festeggiano le Fontinalia ovvero la "Festa delle Fonti sotterranee ed invisibili" mentre il giorno 15 si celebrava la complessa festa e rituale dell' "October Equus".
