This day is dedicated to a couple of ancient Italic Goods/polaritites: Liberus and Libera. During this day elderly women prepared flatbreads made of flour, oil and honey.
In this day 16 years old boys wore the virile gown and became adult: they were free from father's "potestas".
This day is thus enterely dedicated to Freedom
